Good to know
Licensing questions.
Does the free edition expire?
No. It has no time limit. Its 400-item limit counts active documents, containers, and Libraries. You can still edit or delete items after reaching it.
What counts as a computer activation?
The first activation of a distinct computer uses one of two lifetime slots. Reinstalling on a previously registered computer does not use another slot.
Will I need internet after activation?
No. Your desktop verifies the signed license locally. Initial code activation needs a connection to the license service. A saved activation license can also restore the same computer offline.
Can I buy a license today?
Checkout is not open yet. You can download and use the free edition while payment and the public licensing service are being prepared.
